Shipping and payments
Effective July 29, 2026
Orders are reviewed for account, inventory, destination, and compliance eligibility before fulfillment. Current rates and available payment methods are shown during checkout.
United States shipping
- Shipping is currently limited to eligible United States destinations.
- Available services and charges are calculated during checkout from the destination and cart contents.
- Orders ship in plain outer packaging and receive tracking after carrier acceptance.
- Product- and state-specific restrictions override general shipping availability.
Processing and tracking
An order confirmation is not a shipment confirmation. Processing begins only after payment and compliance review. When tracking becomes available, it is attached to the customer order record and may also be sent by email.
Carrier estimates are not guarantees. Weather, network interruptions, address problems, holidays, and carrier exceptions may affect delivery.
Delivery issues
Use the carrier tracking record first. If tracking is stalled, the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, or the package arrives damaged, contact onyxlabinc@gmail.com with the order number. Do not email payment credentials or account passwords.
Secure payment handoff
Available payment methods may include an approved hosted debit-card checkout and on-chain Bitcoin. The storefront does not collect or store debit-card credentials. Payment availability can change by order, account, provider, and compliance status.
An order is not accepted merely because a payment screen or browser success page was reached. Fulfillment requires a verified payment state attached to the correct order.
