Understanding Product Quality Records

Purity

Purity is the published percentage associated with the product's current quality record. Read it together with the batch and test month shown beside it.

  • Use the exact displayed percentage
  • Do not add testing claims that are not published
  • Check that you are viewing the intended SKU

Batch and test month

The batch identifies the record, while the test month gives the published testing period. These fields help distinguish one product record from another.

  • Batch identifier
  • Test month
  • Product SKU

Certificate access

Each Quality-page record links to its available certificate view. That view repeats the product and the quality fields currently supplied by the catalogue.

  • Open the certificate from the matching product record
  • Confirm the product name and SKU
  • Rely on the fields shown rather than inferred details
