Start with the product name and SKU. They identify which catalogue record the certificate belongs to.

Review the quality fields
The certificate record shows the published purity value, batch identifier, and test month for that product.

Use only the published record
Treat the certificate as a summary of the fields it displays. Do not assume methods, results, or attributes that are not listed.
- Open the certificate from the Quality page
- Compare its batch with the listed product record
- Contact order support if a displayed field is unclear
